You might get surprised by how much of your customer experience gets spread across these channels, so it’s important to take stock of all of them to craft a cohesive strategy that covers every angle. When you invest in people, you invest in your customers’ experiences with your business. When you invest in processes, you invest in consistency, predictability, and efficiency throughout every touchpoint. Measure Everything and Act on the Results

This means you’ll also want to collect data on your customers’ experience with your product or service.
