How much does your web and content support services cost?
The cost of support services is primarily determined by the expected project duration and the specific services required. Some offerings, such as web hosting and basic website development, are available at a flat rate.
If you are working within a particular budget, it is helpful to share your target price range. This allows me to tailor a service package that aligns with your needs and provides the best value for your online business.
How long will it take for my managed support service project to be finished?
The timeline for completion can vary based on the scope of work required. Once I have a clear understanding of your business needs, I will provide you with a time estimate. However, please be aware that this is an estimate, and unforeseen challenges may arise that could extend the project beyond the initial timeframe.
Can I pay you with a check, or through PayPal?
I accept payments via cash, credit card, and PayPal. However, checks are not accepted due to potential legal complications associated with bounced checks. All transactions, including card and cash payments, will be processed through PayPal’s invoicing system.
Please note that depending on the project, 50% to 100% of the total payment may be required upfront to cover related expenses.
If upfront payment is not feasible, we can arrange a milestone-based payment plan, allowing you to pay for portions of the project as they are completed.
Can I get a refund?
While I strive to provide the best service possible, refunds are not available due to the nature of the business, which involves services rather than products. Once labor and third-party materials or services have been rendered, they cannot be returned. If you encounter any issues with your project, please reach out to me promptly. Timely communication is essential to ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
Can I end the managed support services contract?
You are free to terminate the managed support contract at any time. Similarly, I reserve the right to end the contract if I determine that my services are not the best fit for your needs. I am fully committed to working with clients who have high standards, time constraints, or uncertainties. However, any unprofessional conduct, including name-calling, threats, excessive profanity, sexual harassment, or other forms of abuse, will result in the immediate cancellation of all active contracts.
Is there anything else I should know about managed support services contracts with you?
Please note that some level of participation will be required on your part to complete certain projects, particularly those involving web design or other custom materials. This may include providing summarized business information, media such as videos or images, online account access, interviews, or API keys. If you encounter any difficulties in gathering these resources, I am more than happy to offer additional support.
